Disabling NetworkManager

 

# nmcli device status
# systemctl stop NetworkManager
# systemctl disable NetworkManager
# systemctl list-unit-files | grep NetworkManager
NM_CONTROLLED="no"

then start
# systemctl enable network
# systemctl restart network
